Our In-Home Walk-Through is the first step in creating a cleaning plan tailored specifically to your home. During this visit, we’ll tour your space together, discuss your priorities, and identify any areas needing special attention (such as high-traffic zones, windows, or pet-related cleaning). This allows us to provide you with the most accurate quote and schedule, while ensuring we fully understand your expectations. Whether you’re looking for recurring service, a deep clean, or move-in/move-out support, the walk-through helps us set the foundation for a service plan that truly fits your home and lifestyle.
Cancellation Policy
Scheduling: Appointments can be booked through your account dashboard. Payment Methods: We accept Debit, Credit, E-transfer, and Cash. Payment Terms: Full payment is required immediately upon completion of services or otherwise agreed in writing. Cancellation Policy: Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost. Late Payments: Unpaid invoices may be subject to interest and collection fees.
