Our Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning Package is ideal for homeowners, renters, landlords, or real estate professionals preparing a property for its next chapter. Whether you're settling into a new space or handing over the keys, this detailed service ensures the home is left fresh, clean, and ready for move-in. This package is designed to clean the entire home thoroughly—top to bottom, wall to wall—with special attention to areas that are often overlooked in day-to-day cleaning. What’s Included: - Minimum of 2 professional cleaners for maximum efficiency - Full dusting of all surfaces – including shelves, trim, vents, baseboards, and ledges - Baseboard detailing – cleaned by hand throughout the home - Detailed kitchen clean – countertops, sinks, cabinet exteriors, backsplash, appliance exteriors - Bathroom sanitization – full clean of showers, tubs, toilets, vanities, sinks, and mirrors - Floors vacuumed and thoroughly mopped, including closets and under counters - Interior cupboards and drawers wiped (empty units only) - Light switches, doorknobs, and high-touch points sanitized - Removal of surface-level cobwebs and dust accumulation Additional Notes: - A walk-through is required before any move-in or move-out cleaning appointment to properly assess the scope, layout, and condition of the property. - This package assumes the home is unfurnished and does not contain personal belongings or clutter. Homes with furniture or debris may require additional time or an adjusted rate. - The quoted price and session duration are based on a standard 2-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom home in average condition. - All professional supplies and equipment are included with the service. - Add-on services such as inside fridge/oven cleaning, interior windows, or garage sweeping can be added upon request.
Cancellation Policy
Scheduling: Appointments can be booked through your account dashboard. Payment Methods: We accept Debit, Credit, E-transfer, and Cash. Payment Terms: Full payment is required immediately upon completion of services or otherwise agreed in writing. Cancellation Policy: Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost. Late Payments: Unpaid invoices may be subject to interest and collection fees.
