Service Description
Our window and door cleaning service focuses on enhancing clarity and overall appearance using safe, effective cleaning methods. We clean accessible interior glass surfaces, exterior glass where reachable without specialized equipment, and door glass panels, removing dirt, smudges, and buildup for a streak-free finish. For liability and safety reasons, we do not remove windows or window screens. Cleaning is performed only on surfaces that are safely accessible in their existing condition. Screens will be gently wiped or dusted in place where possible, but they will not be taken out or deep-cleaned. Clients are responsible for ensuring clear access to windows and doors prior to service. Any windows that are sealed, damaged, or require removal for proper cleaning will be excluded. This approach ensures both quality results and the safety of your property and our team.
Cancellation Policy
Scheduling: Appointments can be booked through your account dashboard. Payment Methods: We accept Debit, Credit, E-transfer, and Cash. Payment Terms: Full payment is required immediately upon completion of services or otherwise agreed in writing. Cancellation Policy: Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost. Late Payments: Unpaid invoices may be subject to interest and collection fees.
